Lock Horns LLC Return/Refund/Exchange Policy – 01Jan2024
Thanks for purchasing our products at lockhornsusa.com operated by Lock Horns LLC.
Timing: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
Condition of product: The product must be in its original, unopened package (partially opened package also unacceptable) and undamaged in any reasonable way, as determined by Lock Horns staff.
How to initiate a return/exchange:
- Please submit the ‘Contact’ form on the lockhornsusa.com website and select ‘Returns’ as the subject line. The reason for refund (e.g., defective part) must be submitted, as well as proof of purchase (receipt), and a photo may be required.
- A member of the Lock Horns team may contact you for more information and to determine if your product qualifies for a return.
- After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take several business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
- Please note that returning/exchanging a product may result in fees for shipping and restocking.
Exchanges: Exchanges may be acceptable for items of same value.
Limitations and Exclusions:
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted:
- if the product is damaged in any way, the package is fully or partially opened, or the request is initiated after 30 calendar days have passed.
- for ordering the incorrect size wheel lock. Customers are expected to check their automobile manual to ensure they order the proper lug nut size for their vehicle.
- for use in extreme weather conditions. Customers are expected to use the product in normal-use conditions, and use in extreme weather conditions are not recommended.
Disputes: Disputes will be resolved by Lock Horns staff based on reasonable interpretation of this policy.
Warranty: Lock Horns LLC offers a 3-year limited warranty on products registered within 60 days of purchase. Products under this warranty may be replaced if defective or fail during the specified period. Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be issued for damages which result from inappropriate use of the product, as per product instructions, or from use in extreme weather conditions.
