Installation Instructions

Step 1
Confirm that the code on each lock matches thecode on the lock key.

Remove lug nut from each wheel. If studs are dirty,clean with a wire brush.

Screw Lock Horns lug nut on the available stud.These should always be the last tightened andfirst loosened.

Step 4
Use the adapter and a 17 mm socket wrench to tighten each lug nut to the torque for your vehicle’s standard lug nuts. For best results, re-tighten regularly.

Step 5
Insert lock key into the lock to retract pins (“unlocked” position).

Step 6
Insert lock into lug nut. Turn lock key to extend lock pins into slots on lug nut (“locked” position). Remove lock key from lock. Note: the key will only detach from the lock when the pins are extended and in the “locked” position.

Step 7
Screw cap onto locked lug nut by hand. Use cap key to tighten. Repeat steps 3-7 for the remaining wheels.

Step 8
Place the lock key and cap key on a key ring, and store with the adapter in a safe and easily accessible place inside the vehicle.
